For us, the guest is always in focus, and feeling extra secure in troubled times is a prerequisite for a relaxing holiday.
Information regarding booking terms
If you book a ”Web price – Flex” reservation, you can reschedule/cancel your reservation until the day before arrival and get your money back.
If you book a ”Web price” reservation, it is our best price, but is non-reschedulable/non-cancellable. A right of withdrawal of 24 hours applies.
Our accommodation packages can be cancelled freely up to 7 or 14 days before arrival, as stated on the respective accommodation package.
Amusement packages can be cancelled freely up to 14 days before arrival.
The minimum age to make a booking is 18 years, and everyone must be 18 years or older. For underage travelers, at least one parent or other adult must accompany and be responsible for each booked object.
Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to make price changes due to circumstances beyond our control, such as changed VAT, significant changes in the exchange rate, or low room availability as a result of high demand.
Payment in the web booking is made via Klarna
If the payment is not completed, the booking will be automatically canceled.
The campsite is obliged to offer the room to the guest until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. If the guest has not canceled or arrived by this time, the hotel can cancel the room without contacting the guest.
In your booking confirmation, you will find your chosen booking conditions and the latest time you can cancel without extra cost.
The reservation is guaranteed via a corporate agreement, travel agency, or with a credit card. Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation must be made no later than the day before arrival. If the guest does not arrive, or if the guest cancels on the day of arrival, the stay must be paid for.
For orders made by customers with an agreement, the ordering/cancellation rules stated in the contract apply.
For guests not traveling with parents, we have an 18-year age limit.
